This project is a vehicle access control upgrade for the main entrance of a large construction enterprise’s headquarters office park. The single lane has a clear width of 4.5 meters. E40Pro intelligent barrier gates with 4.5m straight arm with rubber are deployed, equipped with non-spring machine core. Located at the open-air main entrance of the corporate headquarters, the site mainly handles employee commuter cars and official vehicles with concentrated traffic during morning and evening peaks. The park has high requirements for equipment appearance integrity, smooth operation, low noise and low maintenance rate. The gates are integrated with license plate recognition system to realize unmanned access, matching the management standard and image positioning of the corporate headquarters.
For conventional spring-balanced barrier gates operating under high-frequency commuting scenarios at corporate headquarters, balance springs are prone to fatigue and aging, requiring regular adjustment and replacement. Without buffer protection on the boom, minor collisions can easily cause paint chipping and deformation, damaging the park’s image. The E40Pro adopts non-spring machine core, structurally removing vulnerable spring parts and greatly reducing long-term maintenance frequency and cost. The 4.5m straight arm with rubber combines lane coverage and anti-collision buffer. With stable operation, low noise and high integrity rate, it not only meets the demand for efficient vehicle access, but also fits the image management requirements of corporate headquarters.
